Conducts Management Development Programmes (MDPs), Leadership Development Programme (LDPs) and provides consultancy for various leading companies in a wide array of industries.

He has 9 years of corporate experience; he has trained over 1500 employees in the areas of financial management, financial markets, banking and insurance for clients like Syntel Limited, Catholic Syrian Bank, Tata Consultancy Services Limited, HCL Limited.
He has a decade of teaching experience and enjoys to teach and train the future generation as published articles in the Chartered Accountant Journal, Case Folio, ICFAI reader on wide ranging topics from risk management to organizational behavior related issues. Has participated in national and international conferences and presented papers on areas related to corporate governance, transfer pricing, taxation and corporate risk management.

He has had long stints in Marketing and Advertising, having served MNC and Indian Companies viz., CavinKare, McCann Erickson, Mudra Communications, Cricinfo etc. Apart from his consulting assignments, he is a visiting faculty member in prominent B-Schools like BIM (Trichy) and Amrita School of Business (Coimbatore). He is an avid writer as well having penned his first book on Marketing in Tamil titled ‘Marketing Maayaajaalam’. Two more of his books – one on advertising and another introducing economics to the common man – are to be released shortly.

Mr. Kidambi Srinivasan, has extensive engineering and manufacturing experience. He is a Mechanical Engineer, and completed his Post Graduation from IIT Madras and ISI (Indian Statistical Institute), his qualifications also include a PG Diploma in Management from LIBA, Chennai. His depth of knowledge encompasses implementation of ISO 9000 and TS 16949 inside a variety of manufacturing settings. As Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner, he has worked with clients on site as a Project Leader and Project Mentor.
